What’s your shipping policy?

Each original work of art ships with a Certificate of Authenticity and a Statement of Value, signed by Shari herself because glam should always come with receipts.

Gifting a masterpiece? Let us know the recipient’s name or if it's from your Gift Registry, and Shari will happily include a personalized note that makes it feel even more fabulous.

We ship once your payment is fully processed (look for Shari Pedowitz Artistic Empire LLC on your billing statement) and send tracking via email so you can stalk your art like a proud collector.

All works ship globally via UPS or FedEx from our administrative base in Galloway, NJ. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or private shipping services — no exceptions.

Shipping Rates & Timing

Rates include handling and are calculated based on size, weight, and destination. The actual weight of a work may differ from the shipping fee because, like Shari, our pieces carry presence.

International collectors: Customs duties, VAT/GST, and other government fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Estimated Shipping Timelines:

Original Paintings: Up to 7 business days
Unframed Commissioned Paintings: Up to 10 business days
Commissions with Sentimental Materials (Hand-delivered within 200 miles of 08205): Up to 10 business days
Framed Commissioned Paintings: Up to 60 business days
Photographs & Digital Art: Up to 30 business days
Fabric, Wallpaper, Stationery & Gifts: Shipped per Spoonflower.com and Zazzle.com timelines. Charges will appear on your card directly from the respective manufacturer.

What’s your cancellation and return policy?

All sales are final. Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged. This applies to all original art, custom pieces, photographs, and digital files.

Damaged Goods: If your artwork arrives looking like it had a rougher trip than expected, don’t panic! Reach out to us immediately with clear photos of the damage so we can review the issue and figure out next steps.
Resale and Royalties: All applicable resale fees and droit de suite laws (U.S. and international) apply to all purchases, including original works of art, custom pieces, photographs, and digital art.
Third-Party Products: Cancellations, returns, and refunds for Fabric, Wallpaper, Stationery, and Gifts follow Spoonflower and Zazzle’s official policies. Please contact them directly for help (though you're always welcome to reach out to us if you need help finding your way).
