What’s Included

• The Performance: One original painting created live at your event (up to 4 hours).

• The Atmosphere: Full glamour, rich sensory presence, and immediate visual impact.

• Need more than one canvas? Say the word — we'll prep accordingly.

   

Rates and Fees

• U.S. Mainland, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Virgin Islands: $18,000 USD

• International Events: $136,000 USD

• Extra Hours: $9,000 USD per hour (yes, even for that "just 15 minutes" over).

   

Travel and Accommodations

You cover the logistics. That means first-class flights, a four-star hotel minimum, local transport, meals, non-alcoholic drinks, and dedicated security for Shari and her artwork. Full details are outlined in the agreement, with receipts and confirmations required upfront.

 

Filming and Broadcast Rights

Fabulous, but read this twice: if you plan to stream, broadcast, film, or monetize Shari’s performance or likeness in any way, an 18% royalty on net profits applies (including merch, docuseries, and commercial content). Using her face, voice, body, or artwork for any separate project requires an additional signed and notarized agreement.

 

Ownership and Boundaries

• Rights: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, Shari retains full copyright and ownership of her completed work. No remixes, resales, leases, or unauthorized distribution.

• Safety: You are fully responsible for the safety of Shari, her artwork, and her workspace. Inappropriate conduct, unsafe environments, or sloppy planning will shut down the performance immediately — with the full fee still owed, plus a 10% penalty fee.

   

Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

• Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit due 30 business days prior to your event.

• Final Balance: Remaining balance and any overtime fees due within 5 business days post-event via Stripe or Wise.

• Cancellations: a missed deposit or missing travel confirmations prior to your event constitute an immediate cancellation.
