How do I license Shari's works of art?
Album cover art licensing: flat rate of US$540000.00. Image may not be used on other material or licensed to third parties.
Promotional items licensing: 10% royalty on net profit, paid quarterly via PayPal. Image may not be used on other material or licensed to third parties.
Merchandise licensing: 10% royalty on net profit, paid quarterly via PayPal. Image may not be used on other material or licensed to third parties.
How do I hire Shari to paint at my event?
View Space for available painting sizes and prices, then use the Contact form to send your request to us. Please include the painting size(s) you want, event date(s), event name and event type (i.e., artistic, community, corporate, musical concert, film/theatre/video production, photo shoot). We will contact you shortly to discuss details.
Fee (includes one painting and up to 4 hours of painting at your event):

US$54000.00 anywhere in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

US$118000.00 in all other countries and territories.

Surcharge fee of US9000.00 per hour for each additional hour.

Surcharge fees are by the hour (ex: for an event that lasts 4 hours and 15 minutes, you will be billed for an additional US$9000.00).

50% deposit, plus applicable additional paintings fee, via PayPal is due 30 business days prior to event. We reserve the right to cancel Shari's appearance if the deposit has not been paid 30 business days prior to event or if the payment has not been cleared 15 business days prior to the event.

50% balance, plus applicable surcharge fees, via PayPal is due within 5 business days of event.

10% interest will be applied to balance, plus applicable surcharge fees, for each day the payment is past due.

Additional paintings are available for each size selected.
Royalty fee of 10% on net profit, paid quarterly via PayPal, applies to any event sales and event-based merchandise sales, including film/theatre/video/online/app productions and photo shoots, when Shari is filmed or her likeness is otherwise captured by event planners, staff and representatives. Shari's likeness may not be used on other material without Shari's and SPKCreative's express written, signed and notarized permission.
