Leasing Details (the Fine, but Fun Print)

• Leasing Rate: 5% of the artwork’s retail value per week (1-week minimum, paid upfront).

• Security Deposit:  Fully refundable; varies by artwork price:

    25% of value for works under $10,000

    50% of value for works over $10,000

• Minimum Term: 1 week (automatically renews unless you cancel with 7 days’ notice).

• Buyout Option: 100% of lease payments in the first year apply toward purchase.

• Payment Methods: PayPal, corporate credit card, or cashier’s check. Easy.

• Insurance: A COI is required for originals. You must carry liability/property insurance for the duration of the lease.

• Shipping/Drop-Off: Shipping from Galloway, NJ. Drop-offs by appointment only.

 

Installation and Handling

• Installation: You got this. Just treat the artwork like the masterpiece it is.

• Handling: Keep it pro. No bubble wrap for original pieces — it’s not a good look, trust us.

• Returns: Art must be returned in perfect condition — clean, unmarked, and untouched.

• Damages: You break it, you buy it. It’s that simple.

 

Returns, Cancellations, Fees

• Late Returns: We love that you’re keeping the piece a little longer, but late returns come with a 10% interest fee.

• Cancellations: After order confirmation? You’ll be charged a 50% cancellation fee, plus any production or shipping costs.

• Refunds: No refunds after the artwork ships or is dropped off. Once it’s in your hands, it’s yours for the lease duration.

 

Commission for Referrals

If your client falls head over heels for a piece and decides to make it theirs, you’ll earn 15% of the final sale price. Commission is paid within 30 days after full payment is received.

 

Copyright and Usage

All artwork is copyrighted. Leasing or purchasing does not give you the right to reproduce, edit, or use it in any way that’s not directly tied to your rental. Unauthorized use? We’ll have to take it up legally, and nobody wants that.
